During both the one- and two-day formats, you will receive extensive instruction in phonological awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, spelling, and comprehension. Within the abbreviated timing of a one-day, however, it is not possible to take participants through the more in-depth instruction and practice of some aspects covered in two days, sound production and syllable division, for example.  You will still leave either workshop with a better understanding of your struggling students’ instructional needs and how best to address them.
