General Shipping Information
For U.S. and Canadian orders, please allow a minimum of 4–14 business days for your order to be processed, shipped, and delivered.

Our shipping charges are as follows:

		Express Shipping (UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day)		Exact transportation and handling cost + $3 service fee. Orders will be shipped the following business day.
Canada		Standard Shipping (Canada Post)		$6.00		10% of order total
		Express Shipping (Xpresspost)		Exact transportation and handling cost + $4.50 service fee. Orders will be shipped the following business day.
Outside U.S. & Canada		UPS Expedited or a comparable carrier with package tracking		Shipping charges can be costly for overseas shipments. If you wish to know your shipping charges before your order ships, please contact our customer service department at 800.225.5750 or at customer_service@epsbooks.com All overseas orders will ship via UPS Express. We will charge exact shipping charges, plus a $7.50 handling fee, after your order is submitted.

Additional Information for Canadian Orders
All orders must include applicable GST and HST. Due to processing through the United States and exchange rate fluctuations, credit card users may see a slight difference between invoice and credit card statement totals. A Candian price list can be downloaded here.

Sales Tax
Residents of all states must add applicable sales tax. Exempt residents must provide an exemption certificate.

Payment Terms
Our terms are net 30 days. Charge accounts are available only to schools and other institutions. Orders by individuals must be accompanied by payment in full. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. All Web orders must be prepaid with a credit card.

Prices
All prices shown are our standard prices for all customers. In most cases, there is a quantity discount for six or more copies of one single item. For example, you would receive the discounted price when ordering six copies of Wordly Wise 3000 Book 6, but not for ordering one copy each of Wordly Wise 3000 Books 1–6.
