Customer Service

Returns
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any EPS product, we will issue a full credit, refund, or replacement of the item. This guarantee is valid for one full year from the date of purchase, excluding software and blackline masters, which must be returned within 30 days.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and a return authorization. Return authorizations can be obtained by contacting the Customer Service Department via telephone, e-mail, or fax.

All returns must be in saleable condition, with no markings or shelf-worn appearance. Classroom sets must be returned as sold, with all student and teacher materials included. Materials may be returned via the least expensive carrier (use of a tracking number is recommended).

For defective materials or shipping errors, please contact the Customer Service Department for instructions upon receipt of your order.

A credit memo will be issued for the purchase price of the material. Refund checks will be issued upon request when no outstanding balance exists on the account. All returns from credit card purchases will be credited to the proper credit card.
