This position is responsible for handling all incoming calls on the toll-free customer line, researching and resolving customer problems in a timely and efficient manner, responding to customer requests for information, providing support for field sales reps., and entering orders. Responsibilities may include order entry and administrative tasks in addition to telephone responsibilities. The selected individual will be highly flexible and organized, and have excellent computer and communication skills. Required work hours are 8 hours/day between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm.
Only those highly motivated customer service professionals with at least one year call center experience who thrive on providing outstanding customer service in a team environment need apply.
