 Customer Service Rep

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We currently have a position available in our customer service department. This position is responsible for handling all incoming calls on the toll-free customer line, researching and resolving customer problems in a timely and efficient manner, responding to customer requests for information, providing support for field sales reps., and entering orders.

Responsibilities may include order entry and administrative tasks in addition to telephone responsibilities. The selected individual will be highly flexible and organized, and have excellent computer and communication skills. Required work hours are 8 hours/day between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm.

Only those highly motivated customer service professionals with at least one year call center experience who thrive on providing outstanding customer service in a team environment need apply. Strong communication, data entry, and Microsoft Word and Excel skills are a must. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

 Professional Development Support Coordinator

In this position you will assist in the maintenance of the master calendar for training events and trainer schedules. You will respond to calls, emails and requests for professional development workshops, subscriptions, training events and conferences. Additional responsibilities will include ordering of materials, accurate invoicing, contract requirements, event summaries and processing of expenses.

Successful candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, impeccable organization skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office and at least one year in a Customer Service call center. Preferred candidate would have a background in educational marketing or sales support.
